Job Title: Jewelry Sales Executive

Job Summary: Trice Jewelers, a local high-end jewelry store, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our concierge sales team. The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in luxury retail sales with a focus on impeccable client relations and a proven history of annual revenue increases as a top producer. The Sales Executives report directly to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greeting and engaging clients and providing excellent customer service while focusing on a 5 STAR experience.

· Identifying and understanding client needs and preferences and creating custom suggestions that generate sales and repeat business.

· Closing Sales and achieving sales targets.

· Superior communications skills needed, both written and verbal, including experience with customer service, critical thinking, and creative solution execution.

· Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and display cases.

· Processing transactions and handling cash, credit card and other payment methods.

· Developing and maintaining strong jewelry, trends, and fashion knowledge.

· Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred. A degree in business, marketing or a related field will be an advantage.

· 3-4 years of luxury retail jewelry sales experience.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of jewelry and precious stones.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays is required.

· Adhere to all standard operating procedures determined by leadership, including all opening and closing duties and any additional requests from management.

Salary: From $70,000
